By using this website (browsing, submitting a booking enquiry, joining our loyalty program, or leaving a review), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site; you're always welcome to book or contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead.
About our services
Katz Beauty Emporium is a beauty salon located at 985 Bontebok Avenue, Allen's Nek, Roodepoort, South Africa. This website lets you browse our services, request a booking, track loyalty rewards, and leave feedback. It does not process payments; all payment happens in-salon.
Bookings
A booking made through this site is a request for an appointment, confirmed via WhatsApp once we've checked availability. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.
Loyalty program
Loyalty punches and rewards are provided at our discretion as a thank-you to regular clients, and the program's terms (punches required, reward value) may change or be discontinued at any time. You're responsible for keeping your loyalty account password confidential. Contact us immediately if you think it's been compromised.
Reviews and feedback
Reviews should reflect your genuine experience and shouldn't contain unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content. We may use feedback internally to improve our service and may display it (with your consent) to help other clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to bypass its security, access another person's account or data, submit false booking or review information, or interfere with its normal operation.
Intellectual property
The text, images, and branding on this site belong to Katz Beauty Emporium unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without our permission.
Third-party links
Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Google Maps take you to third-party services we don't control and aren't responsible for. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site secure, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it's entirely error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.
